For those who got vaccinated off-campus, the University added a portal on MyUHealthChart for students to upload their vaccination information. You can submit your vaccination information NOW through MyUHealthChart. After you log in, go to the third option down, “Update Your COVID-19 Vaccine Status”, and click “Submit Vaccine Information.” Read more →
